Privacy notice

Your image stays in the browser workflow

Effective date: 3 October 2026. This notice describes the current ImageFit Desk website, published by FMFM Stars.

Selected images and exports

The image tool reads and processes files in your browser tab. It does not upload selected images or generated exports to our server. The tool does not create an account, save an image history in browser storage or intentionally send image contents to a third party.

A selected image and its output remain available in the active page until you replace them, clear them or close or reload the page. Browser behaviour, extensions, operating-system files and downloaded copies are outside the tool's control. Local processing is not a promise that a device leaves no traces.

Website hosting

Loading the website sends normal web requests to Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Those requests can contain an IP address, requested URL, browser information and other ordinary request metadata. Cloudflare may process this information to deliver the site, maintain reliability and protect its infrastructure. Your selected image is not part of these requests.

Advertising and analytics

The current site does not load advertising scripts or third-party analytics and does not set application cookies for tracking. A publisher-verification meta tag and an ads.txt file are present for advertising review. Those verification files do not themselves serve ads. This notice will need updating before any advertising or analytics integration changes how data is handled.

Email contact

If you email us, your email provider and our email service process the message and contact details. Send only the information needed to explain your request. Avoid private images, identity documents and credentials. We use messages to respond and investigate the reported issue.
