Reporting an export problem

Include your browser and device, the source format and dimensions, the selected output format, the bounds and size target you entered, and the message or unexpected result. Describe the steps in order so we can try the same workflow.

Use a non-sensitive example if an image is necessary. Do not send private photographs, identity documents, passwords or other credentials. ImageFit Desk processes selected files locally, but anything attached to an email leaves that browser-only workflow.

Feature suggestions

Tell us what you were trying to accomplish and what prevented it. We read feedback, but do not promise a particular response time or feature release. The guide and format comparison may already answer questions about size limits, transparency or unsupported formats.
